its 3 women interviewing you. They play good and bad cop. they ask a bunch of tactical and technical questions regarding EXCEL and SAP. You feel unexperienced but then you get hire on the spot... so they are willing to give you a chance so easily which can be skeptical because that could mean thar they are desperate and the turnover may be high....
