Phone and then 2 face 2 face, quick answers. The people were friendly and welcoming . Phone interview was with the human resources department. Each stage was worthwhile, tesearch the company and projects.
Medium level general questions, use star approach , they will try to assess your management skills and how will you handle certain situations ……….like how will you manage attrition and leaves
