The interview process consisted of basic behavioral questions such as why did you apply at TELUS and what experience do you have that could make you a best for this role. No technical questions were asked during the interview.

Very starightforward. Managers receive resumes and screen them and contact their top 5-10 picks. Then you have a discussion over the phone and may get asked to do one final interview after.
