30 - 60 minute behavioural interview followed by a 45 - 60 minute business case presentation along with questions about your case after the presentation. Expect the process to take at least a month or two from initial application if not longer.

Tell me about a time where you had to present to key stakeholders.
Recruiter, hiring manager then panel interview with case study. It took 6 weeks for them to make a decision and I was given no feedback despite spending time on the presentation. Telus needs to stop making these presentations a part of their I reviewing process. Its archaic and a waste of time.
It was a pretty standard process: basic questions in the first interview and a presentation in the second. If you’re familiar with the industry and role, it shouldn’t be too difficult

Had a 30-minute call with an HR person about a role in a new department and was asked if I’d be ok working East Coast hours as the rest of the team was located there. Affirmed. Went well enough she sent me a personality assessment. Never heard back again. And I never followed up. Didn’t seem like a good fit.
