I applied online, then got an email saying my profile matched their requirements. Email was a link to an online proficiency/skills test that took over an hour to complete. I got an email a week later (which was put into my junk mail! watch out for that...) asking if I was interested in a phone interview and they called a few days later. I didn't make it past that phone interview round however. Next step would have been an in-person interview and an 11-week full-time training process after that.
