Went their, they asked to submit a form.
Waited for 1.5 hour.
HR came asked for my current CTC.
Said it is too high,
You can go home.
Well this would have been easy, if they would have discussed the same thing over call prior to calling experience candidates to their interviews.

Extremely long and confusing, not technical enough in my opinion to judge skill. I had 4 separate interviews with a 10 panel team on one, no one said a word, all to interview for a small tech support position. A lot of bureaucracy in this business clearly
