Everything was remote and conducted via email and website. The talent managers were pretty responsive. There are waiting times between each phase of the process for review of your application and for each submission. The time frame to complete each part is ample

There was no interview process. It's all based on what work they want to send you. Kind of like outlierai. It is just a group of test for you to take and see if you're qualified.

They asked if we could pass a basic grammar and comprehension test.
No interview but there is a lengthy test. You will need to study the material and take 3 different tests. After that, they will email you if you get the role. If so, they will have you sign paperwork and then you start working
