Colloquio
1. Initial call with HR Person.
2. Logic assessment test.
3. Interview with manager/team of that area.
4. Follow-up interview, if warranted. Or, follow-up communications. The HR person was very nice, as well as the "team".

TEOCO came to me based on LinkedIn profile. Great interview...said they wanted to talk again. After a week I wrote to ask if they had more questions of me. If not, no problem...I just expected some closure on our discussions.
