Round 1 was a 30min call with HR. Questions relate to why you want to work for them, why you are leaving current job, salary expectations, etc. You find out if you made it to round 2 right after and will be scheduled for a Zoom call with the director.
HR screen asking general questions about my background, my leadership style. They were quite curious about the size of my current company.
They said they would be in touch by end of the next week. 3 weeks later, nothing. No email, nothing.
It's not hard to tell someone that they went with someone else.
No courtesy from them at all. They just ghosted. Reading other reviews, it seems I was not the exception. Ghosting is a common practice with this company
I won't be following up.

question needs some time to speak face to face or at least on team not on the phone , The person on the other side wasn't patient.
