Put in a conference room and met with the Publisher and Associate Publisher. They didn't ask me any questions. They just said what a great place to work and how the company is growing. Publisher was really greasy looking and Associate Publisher wasn't too bright. Gave me a really outdated "test" and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Go the job.

Called in for an in-person interview. I was in a room with two people (the magazine publisher and book publisher). They informed me of the duties of the job and how great it was to work for the company. They asked about my background. They also gave me an editing test on a computer.
