Applied via online application, was contacted to discuss the role in person 2 weeks later. After talking I was immediately scheduled for the next round on the spot and the day before the next round, I received a cold email apologizing for the confusion and that they decided to go with someone who closely matched the qualifications (during my interview I was praised for my experience and resume) so I was confused at why they decided to pivot. One of the team members that was involved in the interview process seemed cold and a bit bias. Good luck candidates! the location seems a bit chaotic, and the team appeared overworked. Interviews were also taking place while the GM was out of town which was also a red flag.
