A talent recruiter wrote to me on Linked In, had the first interview with him. I was told on the spot that I was successful. Was told that the next interview will be with 2 higher trading managers.
The interview with the higher managers was very chaotic, they joined the chat one by one, they seemed unprepared. Their questions were off-topic (eg. what did you enjoy the most at uni). They seemed very uninterested in what I had to say.

Very unprofessional. After I got the offer and accepted, my recruiter stopped responding my emails and a few weeks later told me that they found someone else for the position.

Great application process compared to other graduate jobs. You have one-on-one contact with a talent partner throughout the application process. Lots of catch ups and opportunities to ask more about the company and job role. The company seems like they really want to get to know you on a more personal basis which is nice. Telephone interview consists of questions regarding motivations and past experiences. After successfully completing the telephone interview you are invited to complete a task related to the job role. You have to create a 15 mins presentation which you then have to present to two senior managers. I really enjoyed this part of the application process as you learn more about the job role and brands, while also having the opportunity to show your capabilities of and the quality of work you can produce. I was asked 4 questions at the end of my presentation which were related to the content of the task and my commercial awareness. Finally the last stage of the application process was an interview with behavioural questions. Overall it was a really positive experience.
