This was a nightmare. Initially my resume was submitted in late October. Received an email the next day and set up a quick follow-up interview for the next day. Half an hour before the call, they asked to reschedule. I replied and gave suggestions. A week later, got a response to set up a new time with no confirmation. Then another employee joined the conversation and set up a time for an interview that same week, which was followed through on and completed. I was then told that they wouldn't be hiring for any positions. Two weeks later they tried to set up another interview. The person I was suppose to interview with didn't give me a call and I had to reach out to another employee to get that the interview will be cancelled due to unknown circumstances. Another week passed and finally got an interview with that person. During the call, I was told I would be sent an assessment to complete directly following the conclusion of that call. I did not. After not getting an answer, I again replied to the company a week later asking for next steps and the assessment. The next two weeks were simply emails back and forth that didn't get anywhere, then I was told that the person I was talking to was going to leave the company. No one else replied to me.
