Very unprofessional and long interview process. First they waste a lot of time in unnecessary presentations and talks. It's like an induction which could also be done after hiring. Then an online test with irrelevant questions. I cleared this round after which I had to wait for 3 hours for the 1st f2f round. The interview questions that were asked to me were silly and not for someone with 6+ years of exp. Even the interviewer seemed to be not interested. She was yawning and looking here and there while I was answering. After that the HR came and told me that I have cleared and have to appear another f2f. Here she asked me again some silly questions. Then I was told to wait. After waiting for another 30 mins the HR came and told me that they are looking for automation testing, so they couldn't hire me. But then this was not mentioned in the job description. I checked with few other candidates, they were also told the same thing. So guys, if u get a call for TIAA, I would advise not to go and waste time. It's just a complete waste of weekend.

Conducted in a very Unprofessional way. They won't give you any feedback about rejection even after you might've had a good interview. The negative reviews at Glassdoor fully make sense now. Don't go through an agency, it's a day wasted there.
