They have fixed interview pattern and problem statement, questions are good but panel lack in wisdom of evaluation. Reason I feel is, proceed has become mechanical, questions may have set by intellectual people, but interviewer do not know intend behind.
Need to value candidates time specifically if you are calling on weekday.
Interviewer was tired and disinterested from the beginning.
Interviewer was not able to put his questions clear enough, made me wait for an hour and then give some design question. Again not clear expections from design. On submitting design he was not even interested in looking in to it and asked fixed set of questions.
In first round they had sent some coding excersize. More then 3 to 4 hrs work...Now I doubt even they have seen submitted code but called for interview on basis of screenshot of output.
Do they really have project and work or just creating show-off ..Entire floor was empty ...No employee no work ?
Not a single time interviewer asked me what technology I am using or proficient in. Not even wanted to understand about me, about my work just come and handed over me a paper with problem statement, the come back after 1.30 hr.
Apart from this I am 200 % sure solution I have provided to his fixed set of questions was correct ..Or on promising line.
They want to copy some interview style, but it will not help unless you have right people in panel.
There offers and facility are not really extraordinary so it's waste of time and energy...4 hrs for coding submission and 4 + hrs for interview process.
So they have outsourced interview process along with recruitment OR its there employee ?
I had declined interview invitation 2 time looking at Glassdoor reviews but finally went expecting anything better but trust glassdoor reviews. Tiaa india not worth, I learned when they wanted to setup from scratch in pune and mumbai they offered real extra ordinary benefits while hiring.

Propose solution for movie booking system where multiple user try to book same seats
Submit code and screenshots of output and IDE on github for valid credit card numbers generation algorithm, validate generated number with multi-threading , support multiple card type like visa start with 4 , discover start with 6 etc, expose rest api and write test cases.
Interview process involves multiple rounds with India and onshore partners and focuses around current work experience and situation based question. You will be evaluated based on role requirements but experience in multinationals is a plus

The interview process was good. It was elaborative and streamlined.
There were 3 rounds -
Technical, Mangerial & HR.
However, I was interviewed for Associate Director. I was given an offer of Sr. Associate stating as per your interview which was concerning. They said they would increase the package but can provide Associate Dircetor. As I had no other offer I joined the company
