There were in all 4 rounds. 1st was the Group Activity. It was different than normal GD. The next round was Technical round. The next round was HR+TR and the last round was with the Director of TIAA. The process took a day long. They were very focused on their requirement. The candidate must be knowing the object oriented concepts.

The application process consisted of two behavioral interviews. The questions were standard behavioral questions followed by a couple of more education and skill based questions. The process didn’t consist of a separate technical interview.
