Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso TIAA nel mese di nov 2021
Colloquio
I applied on their website and heard back within a week. I completed an initial HireVue and then completed a Zoom interview with two full time associates. I got an offer the day after I interviewed. Very quick turn around.

Completed an initial pre recorded interview where I was asked basic behavioral questions. Then a week later I got invitation to do an interview with 2 associates. I was asked basic behavioral questions again.
