Horrendous. Traveled to New York for 2nd round interview. Upon arriving they said the two people I was supposed to interview with were not available. They were surprised that I did not know and said "oh good thing someone is here". The interviewer ended up being really cool and informative, was also a high levels executive. They informed I was passed onto the next round. Then I was informed they no longer had the budget for the position. For which I then asked to be reimbursed for my significant travel expenses to interview at a position that was unavailable. They said they don't reimburse.

Was recruited during the start of COVID and online interaction. Had a singular interview with 5-6 people focused on behaviorals tied to my resume. Was very laid back and seemed more like a conversation. Majority of interviewers were analysts with the exception of 1-2.
