I submitted my resume through my school portal, and we contacted for an interview shortly after. There were 2 rounds of interviews, one with the associates, after which a few people made it to the second round with the Managing Director. Very nice company, with a good sounding work environment.

Talk about school experience, why I want this internship, goals for post graduation, would I relocate, why am I a team player, my investment knowledge, would I take the SIE
Process was quick and very efficient. Overall, took a little over a month with 2 interviews. First one was a recruiter who asked about my interests and which team I would want to work in. Second interview asked more behavioral questions to learn me more.
Good and formal when I gave in 2022. Structured process but HR is slow to respond. Questions asked were about basic accounting questions and also IFRS 15 and 16. Also behavior questions were asked like tell me about yourself and company values.
