Phone interview followed by several in person interviews. The phone interview was basic background information. This was followed by several interviews and a role play. Be patient because the process takes a long time.

I don't remember how I applied, but I was contacted via phone for a very brief phone interview (more informational that anything). I was told that the hiring manager was conducting interviews that week and that they thought that I could be a good fit for the role. I interviewed that week and was called back the next week to let me know that they wanted to proceed with a background check. The interview was behavior based. 4-5 days later I received an offer.
