Applied online and reached out to by technical recruiter. First round call with recruiter went so strangely. The entire conversation was centered around my ability to go into an office. She never once asked about my background or resume. And never explained the details of the position. She tried to sell to me going into an office through the amount of pay they were willing to offer.. I felt like I was being bribed. Meanwhile she never once explained the reasoning for the position being hybrid with 3 different office locations to choose from (Chicago, NYC, Texas) . Based on that call alone they should hire someone new to do their technical recruiting screening...
