Very funny, really ! Recruiter directly called me to confirm that my interview had been scheduled, without asking basic prior questions like current role and CTC. My CV and work experience were a direct fit for their requirements so technical round was easy and I cleared it. Then there was a managerial round where the guy post introductions asked about my current CTC and immediately the round was over !! He told me that the HR would get back to me but no single communication post that, lol !! Their problem seems to me is that they think they can hire candidates from big banking organizations easily and they are already one of the paymasters in Pune, but they are not. I already have offers so I didn't bother to check with them. Stay away from them if you want to save your time during job hunt and utilize it for interviewing in other good firms.
