The interview was a group setting. All the candidates was in the interview together. We all had to interact in the interview. This gave them a chance to see who was all interested in the positions. The interview managers gave us a tour of the store.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
