it was very simple, asked basic questions and wanted to know what i knew about Tj.Maxx. Also gives you a general idea what the company has to offer. In the interview was quick as well did not take to long we also went through what the company expects from their workers as well.

very simple, easy questions, quick and under 30 mins. know that they have a front of house and back of house; back of house typically unloads the truck in the morning.
It was a pretty basic interview, they asked all the typical interview questions. Got me in and out and were super nice. They said to dress business casual and gave me time to ask any questions I had

They led me to the hiring manager who was energetic, displayed great communicable skills, and knowledgeable. I was engaged in an interview with seasoned managerial presence, history, and associate expectations. I'm delighted to join the TJ Maxx family!
