Walk in application. Called for Group interview with about 10 other people in small break room. 2 assistant managers asking questions. Called with employment opportunity. Hired. A few days later ask to return for a 4 hour paid application filing.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
