The application and interview process was brief but included extensive background information. 5/5 stars, would recommend. I first received a personal telephone conference call via my telephone, and they informed me that the company (TJ Maxx) was interested in scheduling an interview with me, conducted by them. I was very very very surprised! The in-person interview, with the staff from TJ Maxx, was brief but fair. I did well, of course, and was offered the position at TJ Maxx as an Associate and as a Cashier.
