I applied online then had 4 interviews. The initial was a phone screen where it was initially rescheduled then cancelled then on again. I interviewed with the area operations supervisor, then the operations manager then the GM. The overall quality of the interviews at first we’re great then the last 2 left a lot to be desired. In all this process took about 4 weeks to go through and then received a rejection email. Hints for those that apply for this job: Expect lack of punctuality from the interviewer They will chat about unions In all this was a negative experience since the justification wasn’t 100% accurate if I went through all rounds and they stated that my experience wasn’t what they were looking for. It feels like the company drug me along in the process to only send a rejection email after.
