Guy just went through all the bad things about working in the store and than gauged how I responded. aka, you won't get paid much, you won't get many hours, you'll have to work nights and weekends, etc. He was so negative I thought there was no way I would get the job, I was wrong they hire me.
They will contact you by phone call. The interview process happens during the phone call. They ask pretty easy and general questions about how well you can manage problems. If they are satisfied with your answers, they will ask you about your availability.

It was an easy process. I applied for the job, got a call for an interview with the manager and heard back fast. The Manager at the time, was very nice and explained the role perfectly.

Interview and if hired you will have an orientation where it’s just videos going through what the stores like and policies then you will have a tour of the store
