The first interview was a group interview where they showed you around the store and gave you an idea of what type of work you would be doing. They asked us how we might organized a shelf and were asked to demonstrate.
The second interview was an individual interview with relatively simple and straight forward questions.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
