I met with one of the store managers and I was interviewed on the spot after filling out an application. There were the typical sales associate interview questions. It wasn't a very stressful process and was rather informal. I was offered the position on the spot. There wasn’t any salary negotiation, as I was somewhat naïve about that whole process.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
