It was a very relaxed interview. Overall, they went through everything on my resume which made it very easy. They said they would call my references and within the week I had the job and was going in for training.

It was very quick meeting. Spoke with two managers while they asked you work related questions reading off a packet. Both very friendly staff and easy to talk to. Allowed to ask any questions.

The interview process was simple and easy. She mostly asked me about myself, my past working experience and why I want to work for TJMaxx. She had a kind smile on her face during the whole interview and could tell I was very nervous.
