Quick and easy. Manager was friendly and relaxed. Asked if I would prefer the Sales Floor or Cashiering (I answered Sales floor and was put there). Pay rate was not negotiable obviously, but I was promised a raise once every year after my review.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
