The interview was welcoming and they had asked the common questions such was “what made you decide to choose TJ Maxx “ and more. I got a phone call a week or 2 later saying how I got the position and when orientation would happen.

Why did you decide to leave your other job? Things like that
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
