super easy. just asked why i want to work there and about my work ethic. took a few minutes and was hired on the spot. they also asked how i would handle certain situations involving customers.

Typical questions are asked to get to know you and your personality. They also ask random questions to see how you answer questions off the top of your head and how quickly you respond. Retail work is pretty straightforward but they manage to explain what is expected from employees and how things are run.

You are called in to meet with a manager. The interview is very basic, with a resume review and discussion revolving around past experiences and expected duties for the job. I only had this one meeting in-person; there was a phone call as well discussing details.
