Simple interview, asking basic customer service questions. After about 20 min, the interview was done and received a call back the same evening to start the following week. Had interviewed for a summer job which extended into a 2 year position.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
