Basically I went to TJ MAXX on a Saturday and turned in my application to the store manager. She asked me when id be able and i said anytime, then she said so if i call you this week and make a group interview your be able to come. i agreed and left. that same week on a Tuesday i received a call from a store coordinator and had a group interview on Thursday, they asked me and five other people questions three hours later they said they'd call us on Saturday to tell us if we got the job or not, i received a call Saturday and had orientation the next next on a Sunday.

It was quick and easy. Very straight forward, but thorough. It was in person and I got a call the next day that i was hired. This was three years ago so it might be different now.
The interview consisted of A brief Phone screen followed by an in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Questions were relayed to experience from last jobs and responding to customer service scenarios.

Very simple and easy and immedietly got an offer. Although I had very open availability and I speak spanish. Questions were mostly about how to handle stress or certain situations and also availaibility.
