It took close to 2 weeks to get back an in-person interview offer after applying online. The interview was very easygoing and relaxed. There were not too many questions and the interviewer was asking out of obligation (ticks on a paper).

Q: Describe a scenario where you can display your skills?
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
