Very standard interview questions. Mainly behavioral questions and nothing out of the ordinary. It took nearly three months from application to start date. I applied, waited a month, then was told to interview in a month. Then I interviewed and was told I would start in a month. Seemed like a slow process for an entry level position.

The first two interviews were on a video call then in person interview with who would be your manager once you complete the STEP program. The in person interview was really to just get to know you and for you to ask questions.
