Couple of initial calls with various team members, followed by a superday - longer length (several hours) with conversations across the team, as well as a 1-hour exercise sent over email during the superday
Had a phone call with VP and another one with MD then was asked to their Super Day. Process took a couple weeks and they responded that night with the offer.

Phone interview was behavioral. Super-day included technicals, behavioral Q's, and brain-teasers. Structured as 30-minute interviews from 8am-1pm: 3-analyst panel, Skype calls, and final interview with MD.
Friendly office atmosphere. Felt like a close community.
