I was sent a link to book in a slot. First time I've ever been asked to book in a slot for a recruiter call.
Then when I tried booking in the link I was sent wasn't working.
After A LOT of back and forth I go myself booked in.
On the day of the call, the teams link wasn't working.
I emailed the recruiter, no answer. Emailed again, no answer. Emailed again to let them know I had managed to get the link to work and was waiting in the call lobby, waiting for them to join, and again, no answer.
I was waiting for over 30 mins.
How unprofessional.
I've never been made to wait 30mins for an interview/recruiter call.
Seems like I dodged a bullet.
If a recruiter called Kaleigh reaches out to you, just don't reply. She is clearly overwhelmed bless her.

However, this was followed by extended periods of silence (approximately one month between stages), short-notice scheduling, and ultimately notification that the role had been closed due to restructuring after several months of engagement.
