Het eerste gesprek is zeer verkennend naar waar je interesses liggen, hoe je bent als persoon. Er wordt uitleg gegeven over hoe het bedrijf in elkaar zit en waar je je aan kan verwachten
Nice and relaxed atmosphere during the interview, where you feel included instantly. It is a young and dynamic team and they leave a good first impression. First it was an online call and then you meet in their office.

What is your expertise and where do you see yourself in 5 years.
They asked me to go in person and meet with the interviewers in the headquarters. 2 HR interviewed me, basic questions about my background: since I am a graduate, they also asked me to describe a project I did in a few sentences.

Starts off with a group case study and then a presentation. Later, you have a short interview of your technical capabilities accompanied by an interview of your soft skills which takes around 10 minutes.
