The first step was a brief phone call with HR that (as they explained) was held to understand if the expectations of the company and of the candidate align. The second step was a video-interview with a manager and an employee from HR. The whole process starting from the phone call with HR took around a month.

It's alright. The questions can get technical however a general understanding of the law is sufficient. It's important to do some research prior to the interview as this will assist in understanding the questions.
