The process was rather fast until the actual interview, the actual interview lasted 1 hour online. I was put a lof of pressure by the interviewer. The second interviewer did not ask any question, he rather looked absent minded and at one point he left the room. At the end, they asked me if I want to work in structured or unstructured company. I said "structured". Then the woman admitted that the company is very unstructured and many people leave it. There is a high staff change. Although "I did well" according to her, she never followed up with me, I find this process very very unprofessional.
