First step - call from a recruiter, a day after I applied, however I did it with my friend's recommendation. The call lasted about 15 minutes, easy questions such as "Why TMF?" etc. It was in my native language, we switched to English just to verify my skills. 3 days later I was already speaking to the hiring manager (Hugo) via video call - the conversation was quite relaxed and lasted about 45 minutes. He was open to answer all of my questions. 15 minutes later I got an offer which I declined.
