Sollicitatieprocedure bestaat uit drie rondes: algemene kennismaking, technisch gesprek en arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek. Daarnaast moet je online een assessment doen. Het assessment is vooral een persoonlijkheidsassessment. Dat wordt in een apart gesprek met een recruiter nog overlopen.
