You apply online. You then have to take an online assessment. After this they determine whether they invite you for the trainee selection day. Approximately 25 people are invited to this day. It is a full day of interviews and small group work. After this day they select approximately 10 people for a final interview.

The application process was very selective. Recommended to show to be willing to learn Dutch, but was a typical interview. So prepare well for every classical interview question, read your CV in a detailed way and sell yourself in the best way
