Received an email asking me to schedule an interview. The email laid out the interview process and said that I would receive another email within 2 hours to actually schedule the interview. I received another email an hour or so later saying that the first email was a mistake. I understand that mistakes happen. I was surprised to get the first email because I was sure the position had already been filled. However, the second email was a very sterile, canned email. That's a big blunder. A little more humanity would have been appreciated and made all the difference in my perception of the organization. The whole experience struck me as very unprofessional and seemed to confirm what the latest reviews are saying about the organization.
