To The New came in our college for campus recruitment.Recruitment process was split into 4 rounds(each was a elimination round) :
1. Online Test on Hacker Rank
average quantitative aptitude, and english questions
2. First Interview
Some basics questions on java,programming questions and project.
3. Second Interview
Solely on final year project.
4. HR
The same repeatedly asked HR questions.
Out of 133 students only 1 was selected.

The selection process consisted of a comprehensive online test to assess technical skills, followed by two in-depth face-to-face interviews focusing on problem-solving and project experience, and finally concluded with an HR round to evaluate communication, cultural fit, and overall potential.

The interview process was very good and the technical interviewer are very good . They first ask you about your resume like work experience, about your project, what you use in your project and then they start asking about docker, kubernet, ci/cd, and AWS cs2 these are the main topic and minimum 10 linux
