After clearing all rounds in the HR discussion they said the hike I was asking is not DOABLE and when I asked how much can you offer the reply was 8-10% hike.
Please stop wasting candidates time! If you cannot even match the Industry standard hikes.
And please start taking the expected salary figure seriously. If someone is asking you 50% hike how do u think he will settle for 10%. I got more than 10 percent hike in my company's apparaisal 😅😅
