My interviewers were polite, professional, and asked relevant questions. I got the interview through Kelly Services, which is pretty much the only staffing agency used to higher chemists. TOK highers a lot of recent college graduates as they come cheap and are readily trainable. In my experience, TOK is an excellent place to start a career in an industrial analytical chemistry lab.
